STATE OF MY NATION
EXERCISEIt has been a month since I bought an air-walker and a rowing machine. I am trying to integrate exercise to my very sedentary seated way of living (studying and working means over 15 hrs a day of seating). Hopefully I will be able to see progress in here.
I am at:
AIRWALK 20 minutes normal walk
ROWING 5 sets of 20 at 4-tension
Have been watching The Adams Family, so I know each chapter is an airwalk session.
MEDICINES
Diabetic situation:
XIGDUO (metformin/dapagliflozin) 1000mg 24hr release 2xday
TRESIBA (insulin) 70 units per day 24hr release
LISINOPRIL 10mg
SERTRALINE 50mg depression
Allergies:
CLARITIN as needed
FUTICASONE nasal spray as needed
Supplements I take daily:

No changes in food.
But thanks to so much seating I increased 10 pounds...
That's why I started the exercise routine.
I was in beyond bad shape, now after a month I have a stable walk.
Hopefully this blog will log my successes and failures so I can adapt, and keep on motivation.
