So, yesterday I did a thing... After months of staring at it I finally bought the Figure 8 DVDs. They should arrive in 2 weeks.
So... For the next two weeks gotta keep up with daily airwalk/rowing and start the videos to get the basic moves. The idea is doing the Figure 8 in the mornings with Kali so that's why I got the dvd's.
After completing that 8 week challenge, I'll look into the Bollywood ones that attract me so much. But first I need to get coordination and agility, which I think Figure 8 will help with.
THE ROAD SO FAR
AIRWALK: 40 Minutes sustaining normal walk
(watching Captain Zero episodes heh heh)
ROWING: 4 sets of 20 at 4-tension
ROWING: 4 sets of 20 at 4-tension
